Dr. Higgins has been asked to do clinical studies as well as lecture nationwide to doctors and students on specialty contact lens topics. He is a leader in the field, creating an educational video series which has trains doctors worldwide on specialty contact lenses. This video series was used by the United States Air Force to train their doctors on these latest techniques.
